Hospitality Engineering Design for a New Hotel

Project Summary

For this hospitality design project, we were approached by DesignCell Architecture to help with groud-up MEP designs to build a new 123-unit hotel across from McCarran airport and close to the Las Vegas strip.

Design for a new ground-up, 5-story, 123-unit Candlewood Suites with 8 typical room types located at 167 W. Tropicana Avenue. Program includes lobby, registration,  breakroom, office, laundry, fitness room, guest laundry, cupboard, sales office, business center, and electrical room.

Design was completed utilizing Revit.

Revolution Engineering provided mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering and design services.
